Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines acceptable use of ASN Software’s Dealer Management System ("DMS") and associated services ("Services"). The goal is to protect ASN Software, our clients, and end users, while ensuring reliable, secure, and lawful operation.
Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Use:Access the Services solely for authorized dealership management activities.
- Protect:Protect login credentials and confidential information.
- Comply:Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
- Report:Immediately report suspected security incidents or unauthorized use.
Prohibited Use
Users may NOT:
- Fraud:Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
- Interfere:Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Services.
- Access:Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ASN Software systems or data.
- Exploit:Share, resell, or commercially exploit the Services without prior written consent.
- Inject:Upload or transmit malicious code (e.g., viruses, ransomware).
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in suspension or termination of access to the Services, legal action, and/or notification to law enforcement.
Modifications
ASN Software may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
